Beach Vibes

Before I show you the sunny tropical beach photos, I do admit I may not have been the most sensitive person on this day. My family back home on the "East Coast" of the USA were talking about a snow and cold temperatures coming through. While I took the sunny and warming photos at the Singapore East Coast Beach...and I sent it to them. I know I was so wrong. God please forgive me.

It was refreshing and it literally felt like a "lazy beach day" for me which was a nice break from all the 12+ hrs days in the plant. To think I had to talk myself into giving myself a break. How we are so wired to go in the opposite direction of our hearts. I was so wired to work so hard in the plant despite my body begging for a break. Such a paradigm and habit to break. Life was meant to be lived and lived abundantly. We need to make sure give ourselves a much-needed break.
