Day 21 - It is Finished

What a joy to come to the end of your life and know that it is finished. It hurts me when I think I see people leave the earth prematurely. I'm not God, and I don't know their time. I just have a heart for seeing people reach their full potential.

The people who reach so much potential take great risks. It may not seem like a risk to everyone, just in their minds. We have to remember how big a God we serve.

For our human brains, it is very challenging to do, and it requires meditating on scripture constantly to renew our minds.

Heavenly Father - thank you for sending you Son to show us the way. Help us to fight the fight of faith which is the only fight you commanded us to fight. In Jesus name, Amen.

Timothy 4:5-8

5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.

6 For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
