God’s Promises - Day 2 - Faith for your lane

I love Psalm 91 - it is jammed packed with promises on every line.  It is one of my favorite scriptures!!! (Hmmm….OR…. Maybe it is also because the first time I got Russel Wilson’s autograph at NC State, that’s what he wrote under his signature!) 

But seriously, it is one of the most touching scriptures for me.  I love the  Message translation in Verse 15 or 16, “I’ll rescue you and then throw you a party.  I’ll give you long life, give you a long drink of salvation.”  What a Father He is.  He will get us out of trouble (even trouble we get ourselves in, and then rescue us AND throw us a party!  So much grace we get to drink from.  Not to abuse His grace of course, but with humble hearts, we have an opportunity to turn back to God and He welcomes us with open arms!
