Quarantine Life - Happy National Day!

Happy Singapore National Day! I received these awesome cookies (that I could not eat) from my awesome quarantine hotel. They're so nice, even quarantiners can celebrate. I so wish I could have been at the parade. the Marina Bay is actually not that far from my hotel (then again it's Singapore and the whole country could be considered "not that far")

I saw 2 jets fly by my hotel window carrying the Singapore flag. I feel patriotic even not leaving the room yet.

I guess that goes to show you "Feeling in the Spirit" of things can permeate every physical barrier.
