What Do You Eat Over There?

Interesting question from alot of fronts. For one, I am in a new country, two, I changed my diet several times in the last 2 years.

About 2 years ago, I decided I no longer wanted to be strictened with frequent sinus infections. The doctor was about to put me on more medication with no promise of it helping. It's amazing what happens when you make a decision with sure intention. Behold a new program came across my attention by a guy who's story was so close to mine. He too had frequent sinus infections and now he's thriving more healthy than ever. So I did what he did...I cut out gluten and dairy and replaced it with more veggies and organic meats. Suddenly, I could breath better. I felt so much better I forgot to take my medicine and I was still okay.

Anyway, that was shift one. Then I actually decided to go on a meat detox when I arrived in Singapore after reading so many books with my time in quarantine :)

So now back to, what do you eat? As my co-worker here in Singapore quotes, for a while I kinda ate like a rabbit. Now I worked seafood and occasional meat back into my diet.

Yellow watermelon

Seaweed Snack - my favorite

Soup and rice vegetarian rice bowl

Dragonfruit and kiwi

Dragonfruit - purple one

Indonesian BBQ (I think, it was good either way)

Fresh Carrot Juice

Fresh Avocado & Coconut Juice - My favorite lifeline drink - My new "bread and butter" without the "bread and butter"
